Privacy policy
Last updated: Sep 14, 2026 · This policy explains how (“we,” “us,” “the Platform”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our AI model access service.
What we collect
We minimize the data gathered to only what is strictly required to execute AI model invocations and fulfill statutory Indian tax mandates.
Account information
Your email address, via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). We never receive, process, or store your Google password.
Payment information
Processed entirely by PayU. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details — only the payment amount and authorization status.
Usage data
Which model you called, how many input/output tokens were consumed, the exact cost per request, and ISO timestamps. Used for real-time wallet deduction and clear auditing.
API request content
The prompts and messages you dispatch are forwarded directly to the upstream model provider to synthesize responses. We do not inspect, index, or reuse this text.
How your request is actually handled
Data flows strictly through an in-memory transit proxy. Here is the verified request lifecycle:
Zero-Retention Verification
For requests made through our advanced routing (the Responses pathway), we explicitly configure the request so that your conversation is not retained by our infrastructure partner after the request completes. This has been directly verified, not assumed: the proxy forces storage off on every such request, and refuses the parameters that would ask the partner to recall an earlier turn rather than silently dropping them.
What we don’t guarantee
We cannot control or verify the internal data-retention practices of upstream model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others) beyond what they publicly declare in their commercial privacy disclosures and SLA commitments.
Data retention
We retain your account and personal information for as long as necessary to operate the service, including after account closure, for security, fraud prevention, and business continuity purposes. Contact us to discuss your data.
Retained as described above, and for as long as required for tax, audit, and accounting records under Indian law.
Not stored beyond what is strictly needed to process and return your response. Closing your account does not change this, because there is nothing kept to change.
Your rights
You can request access to, or correction of, your personal data by contacting us at krishchoudhary300@gmail.com. If you want to discuss the data we hold about you, including after closing your account, write to the same address or to our Grievance Officer below.
Closing your account
Sign in and open Console → Account. You confirm by typing your email address, and it takes effect immediately — there is no queue and no waiting period.
- Sign-in is disabled. You will not be able to access the console again.
- Every API key on the account is revoked and stops working immediately.
Your email address, business name, sign-in identity, wallet and transaction records are all retained under Data retention requirements. Nothing is anonymised or erased. Contact support directly for specific inquiries.
Any remaining wallet balance is recorded against the closure but is not paid back automatically. Top-ups are refundable only in the exceptional cases set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Service, raised with support.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021, the statutory grievance officer contact information will be officially published here:
Children’s privacy
Our service is strictly not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you discover a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately to purge unauthorized credentials.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy. Meaningful changes will be flagged via console alerts and revision date updates.
